Tsar tissue is about a sociopathic, cyborg dictator, ruling the planet in a cataclysmic future. 

Unfortunately, no work has been done on this yet, other than a full script and the designs of the main characters, which you can find left. It's a shame, really, since this was created years ago, meaning I'll probably never get back to it ever again.
