Far away in a distant galaxy, Rick Sanchez, the binge-drinking master of science, unleashed an unspeakable experiment. But a foolish son-in-law Jerry Smith stepped forth to oppose him. Before the final word was spoken, Rick opened up a portal in spacetime, and flung him into a dimension, where his science is law. I actually enjoyed making this thing.
Seeing how Samurai Jack was coming back on Adult Swim, along with the new Rick and Morty, I thought, 'Hey, those two shows are pretty good, why not combine them in a comic bringing out the best in both of them? And so for over a month, I buckled down and tried to figure out what the story could be.
Here, you will find most of the planning that went into this project, including a never-before-seen script that was later discarded for some reason.
